- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Where to begin. Possibly the most disrespectful and inexperienced tax preparation I have ever received. Not only did they file my taxes incorrectly but when the State of Colorado came back requesting over a thousand dollars for the tax return that THEY filed incorrectly. I was nonchalantly told that I should make arrangements to pay it. Now every HR Block says they will pay the fees and penalties for an incorrect return, but this location strategically dragged out the entire process to make is so difficult to get reimbursement that you just end up paying for the fees yourself. In a typical major financial institution they make the common person feel unimportant and disrespected. I couldn't warn you more not to go here.By Holy Name HS, August 04, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terribly inexperienced tax preparer. She filled out paperwork incorrectly, causing us to be inconvenienced to return and resign everything; and was incredibly unknowledgable about anything to do with other forms leading us to have to research it on our own. NOW receiving paperwork from irs saying that year was filed incorrectly (by them). Definitely would recommend NOT going to this place. I'm surprised the company hasn't shut this location down, upon reading other reviews, as well as my own terrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE!By Kyla Fraley, October 26, 2016
