- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've read other negative reviews about this post office and for a while I disagreed as the line-level staff have always been professional and considerate. However today I spoke with Jim, the post master, and he was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I have never spoken to someone so rude and condescending in my life. I needed help figuring out how to renew my post office box, and the only information he could give me was "bring me money." I will be filing a formal complaint and escalating this issue to the highest possible position. It has been written in these reviews before and I will reiterate this: it is all about the money with Jim. Not customer care or customer service.By Brooke Bartleson, May 15, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had an important document overnighted to me last night and I came in twice today to pick it up, only to be told both times that it never arrived. I called the post office in the afternoon to see if I should come in for the third time today or if I should wait until tomorrow. Jim picked up the phone, and he was incredibly rude and condescending. He spoke down to me and raised his voice a few times. I was frustrated and asked him why my overnight shipment hadn't arrived yet, and he became hostile and hung up on me. Wow. I've always had bad experiences with this post office (they lost half of my wedding invitations a couple years ago, for example) but this is by far the worst one.By Chiara Hoogervorst, October 07, 2016
